A very nice and impressive dish for entertaining. Relatively easy preparation – peel, chop and mix, and you have a dish to serve to your guests. Because it’s a rich dish, you don’t have to serve it with bread either, so it’s healthier.
4 relatively small avocados
3 cans of tuna
6 tbsp mayonnaise
1 very finely chopped purple onion
1 very finely chopped tomato
3 very finely chopped celery stalks
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Peel the avocado, cut in half and remove the pit.
Mix all the other ingredients.
Fill the avocado halves.
Garnish with mint leaves or half a cherry tomato.
