The ultimate breakfast. A healthy smoothie that gives the body a bomb of energy and health. If you add a tablespoon of protein powder, then the smoothie can replace breakfast or lunch.
1 tablespoon peeled pistachios
1 tablespoon un-roasted almonds
3/4 cup coconut milk
5 ice cubes
1 small avocado or 1/2 large avocado diced
1 tablespoon of honey or agave nectar or a 1/4 teaspoon of salt – depending on whether you want a sweet or salty smoothie
Grind the pistachios with the almonds in a food processor or blender until they turn into crumbs.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
