4 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons agave nectar or 5 tablespoons coconut sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a Pyrex pan with baking paper.
Cut the bananas into centimeter-thick circles.
Arrange the bananas in a single layer in the pan and pour over the agave or sprinkle the sugar.
Sprinkle over the cinnamon and bake for 12-15 minutes until the bananas are soft.
