Lean baked wings in a delicious crispy coating. Quick and easy preparation – mix a few things and put in the oven – then 30 minutes in the oven and you have an excellent lunch that kids love too (of course, for kids without the chili).
1 kg divided and clean chicken wings
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a baking pan with baking paper.
Mix the almond flour with the spices.
Spread a very thin layer of oil with a brush on the wings and then dip them on both sides in the flour mixture with the spices.
Arrange on the pan in a single layer, bake for 15 minutes, turn and bake for another 15 minutes.
