A dish with low calories, easy to prepare and delicious. Preparation time is 2 minutes plus 20 minutes in the oven and here is an excellent lunch dish that children also like. Although the maple is sweet, because you use real maple and not imitation, it’s harmless sugar with fewer calories.
4 turkey breasts
4 tbsp real maple syrup (not maple flavored – this one is just sugar and food coloring)
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
Spread the maple over the turkey breast and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Place Parchment paper in a pan and place the breasts on the paper.
Bake for 20 minutes to get a baked breast that is still a little pink inside, and for 30 minutes for a well-baked breast.
Serve with salad.
