1/2 cup very finely chopped red bell pepper
1 crushed garlic clove
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 teaspoon dried onion (optional)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 large portobello mushrooms without the stem
Place the mushrooms on the grill with the top side down and grill for 10 minutes.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
Turn over the mushrooms and divide the mixture between the mushrooms.
Grill the other side for 10-15 minutes until the mushrooms are fully cooked.
