3 tbsp melted butter
1 crushed garlic clove
1 big zucchini
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Slice the zucchini lengthwise into slices as thin as possible.
Mix the butter with the garlic.
Spray oil on a disposable aluminum pan.
Arrange the zucchini slices in the pan and spread the butter on them.
Sprinkle the parmesan on top.
Place the pan on the barbecue and grill for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the zucchini is soft.
