An interesting addition to any bbq that adds color and flavor to the table, and a very fun treat for vegetarians. If you keep kosher, replace butter with oil.
1 large sweet potato
1 tablespoon of butter
Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1-1.5cm-thick slices.
Spread olive oil on the sweet potatoes and on both sides and sprinkle with salt.
Grill on the bbq for 12 minutes on each side.
Mix with the butter and serve.
