Delicious brownies that taste great. They are not dietary and are with white flour and sugar and the whole “unhealthy” thing. But occasionally it’s fun to eat the “bad” things, and it’s better to prepare them at home instead of buying a ready product with a lot of synthetic ingredients.
1/2 cup butter cut into cubes
120 g chopped dark chocolate
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs + 1 yolk
1/2 cup flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
500 g cream cheese
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a medium square baking pan with baking paper.
Mix the butter with the dark chocolate and melt them together in a steam bath or microwave. (Steam bath: a big pot with boiling water with a smaller pot inside).
Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
Gradually add in while stirring brown sugar, 2 eggs, flour, salt, cocoa and baking powder.
Mix well and add the chocolate chips. Stir only until evenly dispersed.
Pour into the pan and set aside.
Mix the cream cheese (if it’s too hard, soften it slightly in the microwave), egg yolk, sugar and vanilla extract.
Pour over the chocolate and with a toothpick mix a little between the cheese and chocolate until it looks like marble.
Bake 45 minutes.
Cool completely and then cut into cubes.
