Brownies with Cheese

Delicious brownies that taste great. They are not dietary and are with white flour and sugar and the whole “unhealthy” thing. But occasionally it’s fun to eat the “bad” things, and it’s better to prepare them at home instead of buying a ready product with a lot of synthetic ingredients.

1/2 cup butter cut into cubes

200 g dark chocolate broken into cubes

1 cup sugar, plus 1/3 cup (preferably fruit or grapes sugar – healthier)

3 eggs plus 1 yolk

1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract

2/3 cup flour

Pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 cups cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a square baking pan with baking paper.

Boil water in a large pot, lower the heat and place a smaller pot in it.

In the small pot, melt the chocolate with the butter.

When the chocolate has completely melted remove from the heat and stir in a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Gradually add flour, salt and baking powder and continue to mix.

Check with your finger that it’s not too hot and then add 3 eggs one by one while stirring.

Continue stirring until the mixture is completely uniform.

In a separate bowl mix cream cheese, 1/3 cup of sugar, yolk, and half a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Pour the cheese mixture into the chocolate and stir briefly until you get a marble pattern.

Pour into the pan and bake for 45 minutes.

Cool completely before cutting into squares.
