A very tasty and dietetic replacement for mashed potatoes. Suitable for low-carb diet, candida nutrition, paleo diet and any healthy diet. Easy and quick preparation and even kids like it.
1 large cauliflower
2 crushed garlic cloves
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
Boil water in a large pot, add the cauliflower and cook for about 15 minutes until the cauliflower is soft.
Transfer to a food processor and grind in pulses until uniformly mashed.
Add the garlic, oil and salt and stir again in pulses for about half a minute.
