A delicious cheese mousse that’s the easiest in the world to make. Five minutes in the mixer and you have an interesting dessert. Although there’s a 3-hour waiting time in the fridge, it’s still one of the easiest and fastest recipes there is.
700 grams cream cheese 5% fat
1.5 cups coconut sugar or 1 cup fruit sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar-free berries jam (blueberries, cherries, strawberries or a mix)
Mix cream cheese, coconut sugar, vanilla extract and heavy cream.
Whisk in the blender and pour into individual serving bowls.
Refrigerate for 3 hours in the fridge.
Spread sugar-free jam on top and serve immediately.
