Coconut Flour Brownies That Taste Better Than The “Regular”

Published April 2, 2016 in RECIPES - 0 Comments

Quick and tasty coconut flour brownies. Gluten-free, low-carb and great as a sweet treat during any diet.

Why Gluten-free?

Recently we hear more and more about the gluten-free diet, and that this diet is recommended. But if the person doesn’t have celiac disease why switch to a gluten-free diet? (Celiac, gluten-sensitive and cannot eat Gluten)

Well, the answer has two parts:

A lot of people that don’t have celiac are still sensitive to gluten. The main symptoms include chronic diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, swelling, anemia, and fatigue. Celiac patients also suffer from these symptoms, but more severe.

The second reason is eating foods that contain gluten. Even if the person is not sensitive to gluten, but overweight or struggling all the time to stay slim, it’s better to drop the gluten. Gluten itself is not what causes the phenomenon, but the foods that contain gluten.

The main offender – Wheat

In the last fifty years, wheat has undergone so much genetic engineering and hybridization of various kinds that it’s completely different from the original wheat of the past. Today wheat is a dangerous and addictive substance. IT causes severe obesity and many other health problems.

If you want to understand more about this subject and why today wheat is a dangerous substance, there is an excellent book by Dr. William Davis that explains it. This book is highly recommended for anyone who wants to be healthy and raise healthy children.
