Very tasty savory cookies with cheddar cheese and coconut flour. No sugar, low-carb and no gluten. Suitable for any diet or paleo nutrition.
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Mix together all the ingredients until you have a uniform mixture.
Flatten the mixture on the sheet as thinly as possible.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the sheet and cut the cookies to the desired size.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
