A very tasty main course that requires 5 minutes of preparation, then the crock-pot does all the work. It’s recommended to prepare everything in the evening, pour everything into the pot in the morning, and when you return home you have an excellent dinner/lunch.
2.5 kg chicken thighs
2 cans crushed tomatoes (no tomato paste)
1 cup black olives without pits
1 teaspoon olive oil
3 teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Turn on the crock-pot on low heat.
Arrange the chicken in the crock-pot.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Cook on low heat for 10 hours.
