A very tasty main course that requires five minutes of preparation, after that simply put it in a crock-pot and forget about it. Rich, thick and fills the house with a wonderful aroma of cooking.
1 kg ground turkey breast
3 cups white beans soaked for at least 8 hours
2 cups chopped white onion
4 cups chicken soup (you can use powder)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tablespoons paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of cinnamon
A pinch of chili (if you want a spicy dish)
Heat the crock-pot on low.
Mix all the ingredients well and put them in the crock-pot. Make sure that the minced meat does not remain stuck in lumps.
Cook for eight hours on low heat.
