Fast and really tasty grilled chicken. Five minutes to mix the spices and spread on the chicken and then put it in the oven and forget about it. Interesting upgrade to the classic recipe made in every home.
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon of cumin
Salt to taste
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 whole chicken
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix all the spices and slowly add water until you get a thick paste.
Spread it all over the chicken including between the folds and also inside the chicken in all the places that can be reached.
Bake the chicken for 50 minutes, turn and bake for another 40 minutes.
