1 small cauliflower divided into flowers
1 cup quinoa
2 cups of water
1 tsp paprika
1/2 bunch of finely chopped green onions
3 tablespoons quality oil
Preheat oven to 200C.
Mix the cauliflower with the oil and paprika, place in the Pyrex baking pan and put in the oven.
Mix occasionally until the cauliflower is golden-brown on all sides.
Rinse the quinoa and put it in the pot with the water. Bring to a boil and continue cooking over low heat for 15 minutes.
Mix the quinoa with the cauliflower and onion, season with salt and pepper and serve.
