1 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup red wine
1 teaspoon of sugar or agave
A pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon mustard
1.5 cups olive oil
1 stalk of fresh basil or 1/2 tablespoon of dry basil
1 stalk fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon of dry rosemary
1 stalk fresh marjoram or 1/2 teaspoon of dry marjoram
Mix all the ingredients together and set aside to extract flavors for half an hour.
Store in a sealed jar in the fridge.
Keeps for a week with fresh herbs and two weeks with dried herbs.
