Kale in quantity equivalent to a average head of lettuce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 teaspoon dry rosemary
1 teaspoon dry sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a large pan with baking paper.
Spread a very thin layer of oil with a brush or spray oil on the baking paper.
Tear the kale leaves with your hands into medium size pieces, add all the spices, oil and lemon, and mix well.
Spread the kale on the pan evenly and bake for about 15 minutes until the kale gets a light brown color and is crispy like chips. If the pan is not big enough and you get too thick a layer, you can prepare two pans on turbo mode.
