Special popsicles that can be prepared at home and are very tasty and healthy so there is no limit on the amount you can eat in the summer.
Three cups very ripe kiwi mashed with a fork (the kiwi should be really soft)
A cup and a half water
Half a cup of agave nectar or honey
Two tablespoons lemon juice
Place the water and the agave or the honey in a small pot and heat up while whipping it.
Stir in the kiwi.
Bring the mixture to light boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the stove and strain while mashing it. Throw away the leftovers.
Stir in the lemon juice and put aside for half an hour to cool.
Pour into popsicle molds and freezers for at least eight hours.
Another option: Pour into disposable cups and stick popsicle sticks in.
