1 kg minced lean beef (don’t buy mincemeat but choose a fat-free chunk and mince it)
2 large onions finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon dried coriander or 1 tablespoon fresh coriander
1 tsp dried oregano
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius and line a baking pan with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients until uniformly blended.
Make burgers and arrange on the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip over and bake for another 10 minutes.
