2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
Lemon zest grated from 1 lemon (only the yellow part, the white part is bitter)
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
4 chicken breast schnitzels
Mix the garlic cloves with the salt.
Make a marinade with garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil and black pepper.
Pour the marinade into an oven bag, put in the schnitzels and shake the bag until the pieces are completely coated.
Close the bag tightly and spread it as flat as possible.
Set aside for an hour, flip and leave for another hour.
Heat well a grill pan, remove the chicken from the bag and roast for 6 minutes on each side.
Throw away the remaining marinade.
