The ultimate breakfast. A healthy smoothie that gives the body a bomb of energy and health. If you add a tablespoon of protein powder, then the smoothie can replace breakfast or lunch.
1 diced mango
2 bananas cut into circles and frozen for at least two hours
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup cold water
4 ice cubes
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest (only the yellow part, the white part is bitter)
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until you have a uniform mixture.
