2 crushed garlic cloves
2 baskets champignon mushroom washed and dried
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
A few drops of Tabasco
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
The large mushrooms are cut into quarters, the small ones leave whole.
Melt the butter in a pan over low heat and add the garlic. Fry the garlic while stirring until golden.
Raise the heat a little, add the mushrooms and fry them while stirring until soft.
Add the remaining ingredients and fry while stirring for another two minutes.
