The ultimate breakfast. A healthy smoothie that gives the body a bomb of energy and health. If you add a tablespoon of protein powder, then the smoothie can replace breakfast or lunch.
2 bananas cut into circles, frozen for a few hours
1 large peeled orange, broken down into wedges and free of pits
1 cup berries or strawberry yogurt (preferably sugar-free)
1.5 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Mix all ingredients in a blender or food processor until you have a uniform mixture.
