Potato salad that is different from the usual potato salad. The soy sauce adds a special flavor and a different character to the dish. Suitable as a side dish or as a first course.
2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 crushed garlic clove
5 chopped dill stems
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of chili pouder
Place the potatoes in a saucepan with water, bring to boil, lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Strain the potatoes and leave to cool.
Put all the other ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix well.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and mix well.
Place in the fridge for 2 hours to cool before serving.
