A great snack when you need something small to tied you over. Also a good substitute for a protein shake – instead of drinking protein you can eat two or three balls with coffee or tea and that does the same job.
1 cup of sugar-free peanut butter
1 cup protein powder – the protein powder can be in all existing flavors. Everything comes out delicious.
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup agave nectar
Chopped nuts or coconut flakes (for coating)
Put the peanut butter, half the protein powder, vanilla extract and agave in the mixer bowl and whisk with the hook-shaped whisk. Gradually add the rest of the protein powder. The mixture should be like a relatively soft dough, but one that keeps the shape and doesn’t spread.
Roll into balls and coat the balls in nuts or coconut.
You can eat immediately or store in the fridge in a sealed box.
