6 medium-sized potatoes
6 tbsp olive oil
Salt and grounded black pepper
Wash the potatoes well with a dishwasher sponge.
Stab the potatoes with a fork in several places (not too much) and cook in the microwave on high heat for 3 minutes.
Turn over and microwave on high heat for another 3 minutes.
Remove and cut in half lengthwise.
Return to the microwave with the peel down and microwave for another 2 minutes on high heat.
Pack in a plastic box and take to the BBQ.
When the BBQ is hot put the potatoes on it with the peel down, pour 1/2 a tsp of olive oil, and spread it with your finger to cover the whole surface.
Season with salt and pepper and grill for 15 minutes.
Turn over and grill another five minutes.
