A very simple and easy soup. The quantity is enough for two regular servings or one large serving. On the same principle, you can make a quick and simple soup from almost any vegetable.
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Add the onion and zucchini and steam.
- Cool a little.
- Pour the whole mixture into a blender or food processor, add a cup of water and the seasoning and grind.
- Pour into a small saucepan, bring to a boil and serve.
