700 g cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp corn or tapioca starch
1 drop of the following food colors: green, red, blue, yellow and orange
Preheat oven to 165 degrees Celsius and line a round baking pan with baking paper.
Add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, heavy cream, eggs and starch to the bowl and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 5 equal parts.
In each bowl mixes a different food coloring.
Pour the colored mixtures into the pan slowly. The pouring needs to be careful and slow so the colors don’t mix but create layers.
Bake for an hour.
Cool for 2 hours outside and another 3 hours in the fridge before serving.
