2 cups frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons agave nectar
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 mashed ripe bananas
1 cup milk, or almond milk, or coconut milk. With each type comes out pudding in a completely different flavor.
4 tablespoons coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla extract
Heat the raspberries with the agave in a medium saucepan over medium heat until the raspberries have almost completely melted.
Add the chia seeds and continue cooking for another 3 minutes.
Add the milk and mashed bananas and stir. Lower the heat and stir in the coconut flakes.
Cook the mixture for 8 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick.
Remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract. Eat immediately.
