The ultimate breakfast. A healthy smoothie that gives the body a bomb of energy and health. If you add a tablespoon of protein powder, then the smoothie can replace breakfast or lunch.
1 cup of spinach
1cup of kale, or alternatively a cup of mixed herbs – parsley, coriander, dill, and celery
1/2 cup of ice
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup fresh pineapple (not from a can)
Grind all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
