A classic cheesecake with an interesting surprise inside. Easy and quick to prepare, and if you make it with sweetener and low-fat cheese it’s not that fat either.
2 cups crumbled cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
500 g cream cheese
2 tbsp starch (preferably tapioca, healthier)
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup sugar (preferably fruit or grapes sugar – healthier)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cut sneakers candy bars
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Mix all the base materials and pack them tight on the bottom and sides of a round baking pan.
Mix all the filling ingredients except the snickers until the mixture is uniform.
Mix the sneakers in with folding movements until evenly dispersed.
Pour the filling on the base.
Bake 45 minutes.
Cool for 2 hours outside and another 3 hours in the fridge before serving.
