A delicious meal that fits the 500 calories stage during the HCG diet. It’s not advisable to indulge in this meal too much, so the novelty won’t go away. Once a week is perfect.
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
150 g strawberries
A few drops of stevia or one bag of Sweet’n Low
100 g diced tomato
170 g diced cucumber
A handful of chopped parsley leaves
Juice from 1/2 a lemon
Salt and pepper
Whisk both egg whites in the mixer with the stevia to a stable foam. The foam is stable if you turn the bowl over and the mixture doesn’t fall on your feet.
Grind the strawberries in a food processor, or if they are very ripe it’s possible to mash them with a fork.
Fold gently into the whisked egg whites.
Place in the freezer for half an hour.
Mix the tomato and the cucumber, add parsley, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Prepare the remaining egg as a sunny side up.
you get egg and salad for dinner with ice cream for dessert.
