Spiced almond flour cookies with cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Low-carb, gluten-free and sugar-free. Easy to prepare and very tasty.
2.5 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
Pinch of clove powder
1/2 cup agave
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Mix in all the dry ingredients then add the egg and agave. At this point, it is recommended to move to knead the dough with your hands. If the mixture sticks to your hands you can wet them a little to make it easier to work. You have to keep kneading the mixture until it’s uniform.
Line a pan with baking paper and form balls from the dough with a diameter of two centimeters. Place the balls on the paper and flatten them slightly with your hand.
Don’t flatten them until they’re thin.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cookies are firm to the touch.
