A delicious and quick dish suitable for the HCG diet (Dr. Simmons diet or a spray diet) with all the restrictions and the foods allowed. The combination of wasabi and ginger creates a special and interesting taste.
100 g white fish fillets without skin or bones
1/4 teaspoon wasabi powder (you can reduce the amount to reduce spiciness)
2 cm cube ginger root
1 tablespoon lemon juice
400 g cucumber cut into thin circles
1 cup finely chopped dill
Salt and pepper to taste
5 tbsp sugar-free vinegar
Preparing the Fish
Preheat oven to 200C.
Line a Pyrex pan with foil.
Chop the ginger as thinly as possible.
Stir in the wasabi, lemon juice and white pepper.
Coat the fish from all sides.
Place in the Pyrex and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Making the Salad
Mix all the salad ingredients together.
Season with salt.
Set aside for 10 minutes to combine the flavors.
