Really healthy popsicle that kids really like. Instead of sugar, food color and synthetic flavor, you can prepare popsicles that give kids needed antioxidants.
1/2 cup very finely chopped strawberries
2 teaspoons agave nectar
3 tablespoons almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 cup vanilla yogurt
In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the strawberries until the mixture is uniform.
Add the strawberries and stir gently not to squash them.
Pour into popsicle molds (another option: pour into disposable plastic cups and stick a popsicle stick in each).
Freeze for a minimum of three hours.
To release the popsicle from the cups, hold the cup with both hands for a few seconds.
