300g white cheese 5%
1/2 cup crushed walnuts for crumbs
1/2 cup unroasted almonds crushed into crumbs
1 cup dried fruit without sugar finely chopped. The best are apricots, cranberries, strawberries, black cherries and pineapple
Agave syrup to taste
1/4 cup coconut chips
Mix the cheese with the dried fruit, half the amount of nuts and almonds, and add agave according to the desired sweetness.
Check the texture. The firmness of the mixture should be like a mixture for making chocolate balls.
If the mixture is too soft, add more nuts and almonds until you reach the desired texture.
Mix the remaining nuts and almonds with the coconut flakes.
Form balls from the mixture, roll each ball in the nut and coconut mixture until they are entirely coated.
Refrigerate for an hour.
