Tropical Popsicles
Special popsicles that can be prepared at home and are very tasty and healthy so there is no limit on the amount you can eat in the summer.

Ingredients

Half a pineapple peeled and cut into cubes (not canned)

Can coconut milk

Half a ripe banana

Half a cup coconut shavings

Honey or agave to taste

Preparation

Add all the ingredients except the coconut chips to the blender and blend until you get a uniform mixture.

With a spoon stir in the coconut shavings.

Pour into popsicle molds and freezers for a minimum of one hour.

Another option: Pour into disposable cups and stick popsicle sticks in.
